Step 2 : Read and Make Booking. Simply click on the the “Book Now” button.
Step 3 : Fill up Pop-up Tour Inquiry Form. Fill up your name, email, arrival date,contact number, number of people and other message.
Step 4 : Communicate interactively & revised itinerary with new quote. Once we got your inquiry your request will be in response in 24 hours with revised itinerary and quote. Step 5 : Final itinerary & Quote”]Once we come to the agreement, Nadi Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd will provide you the final itinerary and quote with an invitation letter of reserving confirmation, and our bank information.
Step 6 : Accept our proposal and make deposit. When you agree with our proposal, you are suggested to sign on the letter of reservation confirmation, and pay the deposit through bank transfer or via paypal (credit card). For paying using credit card we will send you an email with Paypal payment link, then you will bring to Paypal to make online payment.
Step 7 : Receive your confirmation letter & deposit, Start preparing your tour plan. When we receive your confirmation letter and deposit, Nadi Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd will start preparing your tour plan. But the process of your tour plan preparation depends on how early we receive your acceptance of confirmation letter and deposit.
Step 8 : Balance payment. You are suggested to pay the balance payment on time according to your reservation confirmation. Any delayed balance payment may lead to bad mistakes, and Nadi Borneo Tours Sdn Bhd does not take the responsibility.
